Inspired by her own experience of using exercise to get into shape both mentally and physically, Anna Keeble launched Get Fit for Purpose PT, a unique London based personal training company committed to helping clients to look, feel and perform their best.

At Get Fit for Purpose PT we will cater to your individual needs, using an array of training techniques. After a detailed analysis of your current physical state, a postural analysis, nutritional profiling and lifestyle assessment, we will:

  • Design a tailor-made training programme for both in and outside of our sessions
  • Provide support and advice on other areas of your life to ensure you achieve maximum results
  • Offer interactive online support

Areas of focus include: fat loss, muscle gain, postural correction, stress relief, event specific training, pre/ post-natal and injury rehabilitation.

We aim to make the sessions fun and varied to ensure you are never bored and will always explain what we are doing and why.

The majority of our clients come to our well equipped studio however, home or park visits can be accommodated. The most important thing is fitting the sessions into your weekly routine.

Most of our clients prefer the tailored nature and privacy of one-on-one training sessions but some do prefer to train with one or two friends. Although these sessions cannot be quite so targeted to an individual’s needs these small group sessions offer an alternative to personal training and will be designed to meet the needs of the group.
