In order to achieve your goals we will ask you to keep a food diary and will advise on any necessary changes. If you take the 8 week challenge your food will be monitored daily throughout the period.

Our choices of food play a significant role in our state of health and we must provide the body with everything it needs to function at an optimum level. Our genes are programmed for health and balance not sickness but we need to support this with our choices to maintain it.

The human body evolved for more than 2 million years with the food found in nature; i.e. game meat, fish, vegetables, wild fruits, eggs and nuts. The human race was thriving on this diet, which was high in animal fat and proteins and low in carbohydrates, but things changed when we introduced unnatural foods to our bodies. We will help you make the necessary changes to ensure your body is getting the food it needs to support your fitness regime and a healthy lifestyle.
