Training options

  • Personal Training – following a comprehensive physical, nutritional and lifestyle assessment, Get Fit for Purpose PT will design an individual programme to enable you to realise your goals both inside and outside of your one to one training session.
  • Group Training – for those who wish to exercise in small groups with friends or colleagues, Get Fit for Purpose PT offers training sessions for up to 3 friends of similar fitness levels.
  • Programme Design – a 6 week programme design service, which includes an initial assessment after which you will be given a programme to suit your goals, which you can do at home or in the gym. We will go through each exercise with you to ensure you fully understand it and are using the correct technique.
