We are completely committed to our clients and expect the same level of commitment back. We have designed comprehensive packages for those clients who are dedicated to making a difference.

  • 2 week kick start (10 sessions in 2 weeks, must be used within 2 weeks)
  • 8 week intensive (2 sessions per week plus daily online support)
  • 8 week intensive (3 sessions per week plus daily online support)
  • 10 sessions +1 free (no online support must be used within 3months of purchase)
  • Standalone daily food diary monitoring
  • Group sessions
  • 6 week programme design

We do not offer one off training sessions. We are wholly committed to you and if you want to make a difference, then you will need to make some commitment too.
